Terms and Conditions for payments made online

Online payments are non-refundable, with the exception of incorrect amounts being paid or overpayments. In the event an incorrect payment or overpayment is made, Equity Estate Agents will re-patriate such monies within 10 working days.
Only payments made in (£) GBP will be accepted.
No charges are incurred for payments by debit or credit card.
Landlords and Tenants in particular, should check our fee schedules as detailed within the 'Landlord Fees' and/or 'Tenant Fees' sections of this website.
Refunds are at the discretion of the management and may be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
