Marketing
We take marketing your property very seriously. This is why we advertise all our properties in the most effective and most renowned websites available. These websites include Rightmove, Find a property and Property finder. We have invested heavily in our own website and regularly update to ensure maximum exposure.
We also advertise in local newspapers to achieve any local interest and for potential tenants that may not have access to the internet.
Our office has a larger shop front than any Enfield based Estate agents. This allows us to advertise all our clients’ properties in our front window. This is especially important as we are located in a very busy high street and have frequent passing trade that attracts a large number of tenants.
Our Services
We offer the following services:
Guaranteed Rent - We will rent the property for you and pay you a set amount per month. This amount will be guaranteed to you every month until the tenancy comes to an end. We will also fully manage the property during this time. (Recommended)
Tenant Find - We will advertise your property, find you a tenant, reference them, draw up contracts, and deal with any other requests you may have.
Rent Collection - We will undertake all of the Tenant find service but we will also collect your rent for you every month and forward it on to you.
Full Management - We will undertake all aspects of the lettings process, including tenant find, rent collection, inspections, and any other day to day tasks that may arise from letting. This is particularly good for clients that don’t want to deal with the many stresses that may be involved in lettings.
