Proactive team kept me informed. Took photos and made a plan and advertsed the propertywithin days. They arrange many viewing and raised interesrt so we had a choice of suitable tennants. They were knowledgable on Landlord's duities, rght to rent , elctrcial test and offer a variety of services from letting to fully managed.
